how does a delivery work?

We will be at you dock at 10am. (typical drop off time) We will go though some paperwork and the details of the boat.  The Captian and the renter will get underway, back to the nearest boat ramp as he explains the safe navigational area around where you will be staying.  We watch you handle the boat and dock at the boat ramp and then the boat is all yours for the duration of your rental.

What are the requirements?

1. Minimum rental period is 3 days.
2. Renter must be 30 years of age or older. 
3. Major credit card required for damage deposit. 
4. Renter must provide a boating safety education identification card or have 5 years of boating experience.
5. Renter must understand that we reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone. We may also retract rental privileges if we deem the vessel is being used in an unsafe manner. For these reasons, our vessels are in better condition than most rental boats.

Do the boats come with a GPS?

Yes, All of our boats come with a GPS that show water depths as well as channel markers.  Our deliveries always include a navigation orientation as well as indepth instruction on the funtion of your GPS. We also highly recommend you download the NAVIONICS app to your smart phone. 

What is the damage deposit for?

The damage deposit is to cover any and all damages, loss of property, fuel, and search & rescue efforts. We will hold $1000 on your credit card (like a hotel) and then released within 7 days after boat comes back with no damages. No charges will be made to your card without prior knowledge

Does the rental cover fuel?

No. Renters are responsible for all fuel costs. The boat will be dilivered to you full and you have the option to either return the boat with a full tank or have us us fuel it up for you. (refueling cost dependant on market.)

What's your cancellation policy?

** All cancelations will be subject to a 10% service fee to cover credit card fees .**

The following terms of cancelation apply to all rentals:
 60 days or more before rental date: 100 % refund (less service fee)
Less than 60 days before rental date: 80 % refund (less service fee)
Less than 30 days before rental period: 50% refund in the form of a rental voucher to be used within 24 months.
We will do our best to transfer your booking if you have to cancel on short notice. If we find another customer, we will refund you 80 % of the rental costs. (less service fee)
Should the booking be cancelled due to hurricanes or other unexpected events, (ie. boat is mechanically down) – customers will receive a full refund.
Cancellation requests due to bad weather (with the exception of hurricanes) cannot be granted.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, we do accept cash but we also accept all major credit cards. Cash purchases will still need a credit card for the $1000 damage deposit.
